Retirees WA provides affordable accommodation, nestled amongst existing communities, under the lease-for-life occupancy arrangements, which exempts residents from stamp duty.

RWA has 18 independent living villages throughout Perth and regional Western Australia. They vary in size ranging from as small as 8 units through to one of our largest villages with 78 units and a clubhouse. The residents of our villages enjoy the security of being in a community of other seniors who share in their interests. They enjoy knowing that there is always someone close by for company while also having the privacy of their own villa.

Our retirement villages are in many sought after locations near public transport and shopping areas and are often nestled in quiet residential areas for the added peace and tranquility. In our regional areas, we have villages located in Mandurah, Bunbury and Busselton to the South and Geraldton to the North. The new Lighthouse Estate in Geraldton is across the road from the beach and only a 5 minute drive to the town centre.

Some of the reasons people buy a lease-for-life are security, meeting like-minded people, to feel secure in their surroundings and not to worry about maintenance.

Residents at all Retirees WA estates pay low weekly fees that cover maintenance of common areas, gardening, building insurance, Water Corporation charges, repairs and administration fees.  Residents are also exempt from rates.
